More Than Just Food — It's Family

"My food is made with more than ingredients… it is made with love, energy, and intention. I pour my heart into every dish. Every plate I serve is a reminder that someone sees you and someone cares."

That's Jamae — the heart, soul, and fire behind Mother Clucker's Wings. What started as a dream and a deep fryer has grown into Elizabeth's favorite food truck, rolling through the rural communities of Colorado.

We're not just a food truck. We're your neighbors. We show up where you already are — your favorite stores, your local hangouts — and bring the kind of food that makes a Tuesday feel like a celebration.
